Mimi Barks has carved out a world of her own. Built from the collision of metal, industrial and trap, her self-defined DOOM TRAP sound is heavy, emotional and full of tension. There is nothing polished for comfort about it. The music hits hard, cuts deep and goes straight for the parts most artists try to avoid.

Coming out of the underground worlds of Berlin and later London, and now based in Los Angeles, Mimi Barks quickly built a name across the UK and Europe through intense releases and even more intense live shows. She has already taken that energy to stages at Download Festival, Wacken Open Air, Bloodstock, Boomtown, 2000 Trees and more. On stage, there is no safe distance. Her performances feel raw, personal and confrontational, with the kind of honesty that pulls a crowd in and does not let go.

This year marks another major step forward. Mimi is currently on her debut U.S. tour with Little Miss Nasty and GG Magree, bringing her live show to American audiences for the first time. On the release side, “Dreamstate Of Hell” opened the door to this new phase, while second single “Jericho” pushes further into a harder crossover of alternative metal and modern rock, driven by heavy guitars, dynamic vocals and a hook-led chorus, without losing the darkness at the core of her sound.

After the U.S. run, Mimi heads back to Europe for newly announced dates with Wargasm, including festival appearances at Vainstream and Till Fest, before taking that momentum into her own UK tour in September.
